Daily User:

The Daily User is designed for title insurance firms and other real estate related businesses that are in need of daily access to the land records recorded in Florence County.  The Daily User will need to establish and set up and Escrow Account and maintain a positive balance in order to pay for the fees related to this site.  You will also need to complete the LandShark Account Information to establish a user name and password to access this site.  

The fees assessed are used to pay for the support and maintenance of this system.  The search and tract information is available at no cost, but when you "download" and view an image, the cost is the statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.  Your balance and current transactions will be posted within the "Info Box" on the right side of this page while you are logged into this system.  

If you have any questions regarding any information on this site or to receive direction in obtaining your documents, please call or visit the Florence County Register of Deeds office. 

Occassional User:

If you do not have a good real estate background, or if you are not familiar with LandShark for accessing land records system, you may have difficulty using this system.  You are best advised to call or visit the Florence County Register of Deeds office to get assistance in order to locate your documents.  The Florence County Register of Deeds does not perform real estate searches.   

*At this time the Florence County Register of Deeds does not have credit card service set up in LandShark for the Occasional UserThere will also be an additional convenience fee when processing the credit card.

Welcome to the Florence County Register of Deeds Office.  We are pleased to offer the latest technology for your information and convenience.  Our recording and tract index system is available either in our office using LandLink or through this internet site by using LandShark.  Our electronic tract index dates back to 1985 and images dating back to 1985.  All other recordings can be accessed in our office through our manual tract index. 

As in the past, the Florence County Register of Deeds will continue to provide the finest service possible.  To ensure that we stay on the leading edge in our field, we will continue to update and make changes to this site and we encourage your participation.  We welcome your suggestions, comments and look forward to hearing from you.
