Daily User:

The Daily User is designed for title insurance firms and other real estate related businesses that are in need of daily access to the land records recorded in Florence County. The daily user will need to establish an escrow account and maintain a positive balance in order to pay for the fees related to this site.  To get started you will need to complete and send to our office the LandShark Account User Agreement and Information forms. The forms are available on our web site https://www.florencecountywi.com/ (go to; Departments, Register of Deeds, LandShark) or by contacting our office.

The fees assessed are used to pay for the support and maintenance of this system. The search and tract information is available at no cost, but when you "download" and view an image, the cost is the statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. Your balance and current transactions will be posted within the "Info Box" on the right side of this page while you are logged into this system.

If you have any questions regarding any information on this site or to receive direction in obtaining your documents, please call or visit the Florence County Register of Deeds office.

Occassional User:

If you do not have a good real estate background, or if you are not familiar with LandShark for accessing land records system, you may have difficulty using this system.  You are best advised to call or visit the Florence County Register of Deeds office to get assistance in order to locate your documents. The Florence County Register of Deeds does not perform real estate searches.

*At this time the Florence County Register of Deeds does not have credit card service set up in LandShark.

Florence County tract books are now available on Landshark. Under the search tab, pick the tract option. You can search either by a metes and bounds description or by plat. The tract books date from 1881 to 10/26/2021. If you have any questions please call our office.
